From 2–3 hours per video to close to 100 a day.

Sri Mandir stopped building devotional video scene by scene. They send the script; we produce, edit and deliver the finished videos to their Slack, ready to ship to Meta.

The challenge

Every video was a manual, scene-by-scene grind.

Sri Mandir produces a steady stream of devotional content for Meta — talking-head recitations, explainers and short-form clips. But making each video was slow, hands-on work. An editor wrote a prompt for every scene by hand, generated one scene at a time, and manually fixed whatever came back wrong.

The in-house workflow was fragile, and it kept breaking. Worse, there was no clean way to regenerate a single scene and re-merge it into the finished cut — one small fix meant rebuilding the whole video. Start to finish, a single video took an editor 2–3 hours. On a good day, that was 1–2 videos per person.

How we work with them

Script in. Finished videos in Slack.

We took the whole production off their team. Their job shrank to the two steps that actually need their judgment — the brief at the start and the final call at the end. Everything in between is ours.

1
They send a script and a first frame
The team submits the script and the first frame of the character. That's their entire input — no per-scene prompt writing, ever.
2
We produce the whole video
Every scene is generated, checked and assembled on our side. Their editor moves on to other work instead of babysitting one clip at a time.
3
It lands in their Slack, finished
When the run completes, the finished video is posted straight into the team's Slack channel — cut and ready to review.
4
Any scene, re-shot on request
Not happy with a scene? We regenerate just that scene and re-merge the video — no starting over, no rebuilding the cut.
5
They ship to Meta
A quick final check and the video goes out. Runs are often produced overnight — by the time the team logs in, the videos are waiting.
The impact

More output, at a fraction of the cost.

The change was a step-change, not an increment. Per-editor output went from 1–2 videos a day to 7–8. Across the team, Sri Mandir now ships close to 100 videos a day — much of it produced overnight and waiting when the team arrives.

Cost fell just as hard: a 30-second video now runs under $2. That economics is what makes scaling on Meta viable — the team can flood the channel with on-brand devotional content instead of rationing it.
